Demi Thurber

Demi Thurber is the Customer Service Manager at Missouri Organic Recycling. Over the past three years, Demi has grown with MOR—starting as a cashier and working up to Customer Service Manager. Demi now oversees retail operations across all MOR locations and works closely with cashiers and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, consistent site operations.
Demi values hard work and accountability and is passionate about supporting the people who make MOR run every day. Demi is proud to be part of MOR’s mission to eliminate waste and help make Kansas City a more environmentally sustainable and beautiful place.
