Jason Anderson is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Missouri Organic Recycling. Since helping found the company alongside his father and brother in 1993, Jason has played a vital role in building MOR into one of the Midwest's leading organics recycling companies.

With more than 32 years of industry experience, Jason has worked in nearly every area of the business—from operating equipment and managing production to overseeing logistics, fleet operations, and company-wide growth. That hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of every aspect of the organization and continues to shape his leadership today.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jason is responsible for leading the company's daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring teams across the organization work together efficiently, safely, and with a commitment to exceptional customer service. His focus on operational excellence, accountability, and long-term sustainability has been instrumental in Missouri Organic Recycling's continued growth and success.

Jason believes that great operations are built on strong people, clear processes, and a commitment to doing things the right way. His leadership helps ensure Missouri Organic Recycling continues to provide reliable service while advancing its mission of turning organic waste into valuable resources for communities throughout the region.
