Lance Alvarado is the Safety Manager at Missouri Organic Recycling and has been with the company for 21 years. Having joined MOR in its early years, Lance has grown alongside the organization, earning increased responsibility through consistent dedication, reliability, and a deep commitment to the company’s people and mission. Prior to his current role, he served as Human Resources Manager, where he supported employees across all departments and helped shape company policies and culture.

As Safety Manager, Lance is responsible for developing and maintaining safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes employee well-being.
