Owen Anderson

Owen Anderson is the Product Design Manager and a member of the leadership team at Missouri Organic Recycling. He oversees current and new product design, quality control, sales margin management, and production data analysis.

With 15 years at the company, Owen brings deep, firsthand operational experience to his role. He began his career on the trash-picking line at the compost facility and advanced through every level of the operation before moving into management. He spent the majority of his career as a production equipment operator, gaining detailed, practical knowledge of how every product the company sells is made—by producing it himself.

In addition, Owen spent two years managing Missouri Organic Recycling’s smaller brush yard operations, further strengthening his understanding of site management and production efficiency.
