Sarah Mayerhofer

Sarah Mayerhofer serves as the Integrator at Missouri Organic Recycling, helping guide day-to-day operations while supporting long-term strategy, accountability, and cross-team communication. Her work ensures that MOR’s values and vision are carried through every level of the organization as the company continues to grow.
She earned a Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management equipping her with both the technical understanding and communication skills needed to lead in sustainability-focused operations.
